It was really cold out and I was watching my cousins so we decided to go outside play in the snow and get them tired so they would fall asleep.

I really enjoy the ways the colors mix on the top one. I think because the flash is just a fill and not trying to compete with the streetlight.
I agree I really enjoy the top picture. The light is definately amazing but just the snowpants and the boots. I find they tell a little something about your cousin.
