While it has been a long time since I've done yoga, I was reminded tonight how good it can feel. I have never been to a yoga class and I still don't own a yoga mat, but I really enjoy it. It is very relaxing and very relieving to aches and pains as it is a highly intense set of stretches. I've always used the free video podcast "YOGAmazing". It is on itunes, just go to the itunes store and type it in, you can watch any episode for free and subscribe if you want to download new ones. Like all of my posts this is in some ways completely off topic but could be useful to you guys.
